Always enjoy staying at this property. The staff is extremely friendly. If an issue arises, a fix is implemented or found very quickly after reporting. My only wish is that breakfast was included. But that's not a big deal.
I had such a great stay at AC Hotels, but what really made it memorable was the bar! The vibe is modern, fun, and surprisingly lively for a hotel bar. Huge shoutout to Parker! the best bartender around! Not only does he make fantastic drinks, but he also brings great energy and makes everyone feel welcome.
Had some family in town and decided to book rooms here for all of them. Nice hotel and convenient location for them to dine and shop. No complaints Kinda reminds me of The Aloft.
I am a platinum elite member and prefer to stay in Marriott hotels as much as possible. The AC brand of hotels is a modern business travelers hotel, which is usually nicely appointed with a great build out on the rooms with a modern flare. Valerie at the front desk was extremely helpful because their business printer that was available to guests was not working properly so she was able to print out a number of items that I needed for work. The macaroons at check-in is a nice touch. The only deduction of one star went to the fact that I was in a double bedroom and while I was in the room, I noticed a pretty bad staining of the mattress. Really caused me to wonder about cleanliness. I did bring this up through messaging the front desk anfter I left and they said that they would change it. Hopefully that’s true. If you’re ever staying in 403, you may want to be on the lookout just in case. Great location and close to a number of restaurants within walking distance.
Went to the Bar on the secin floor after a long day. And was greeted by the bartender Eric he was polite, professional and made one of the best of margarita's that I have had in a while and the salad and burger was good.
I had a great stay at AC Hotel! The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere was stylish yet relaxing. I especially enjoyed the lounge area — perfect for unwinding in the evening. I would definitely stay here again!
I had an incredible stay at the AC Marriott Beachwood. ValJean was so kind, pleasant, and professional. Upon arrival she greeted me with a smile and asked if there was anything she could do to help make our stay more special. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The room was clean and really nice. I like the layout of the rooms. The bed was clean and very comfortable. The shower gel smells amazing and lathers very well. The bartender Monika working on Saturday night was so sweet and kind. She was very busy that night but handled all the customers with kindness. Very pleasant. The hotel is located in the most perfect location at Pinecrest. Everything is there and we walked to everything movies, meals, and shopping. Parking was close by. Truly a 10 Star stay for me. I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again. LBlack
Overall a great experience. No breakfast perk offered even though I am platinum elite. No big deal, just interesting it’s not offered here. Rooms are updated. Service has been slow each time I’ve needed it. Great location. Elevator to get to main lobby and room is inconvenient. Saw many guests have the same issue as me, where need to take two elevators to get to room
